Premium coffee roaster Andronicas is to appear at this year’s Taste of London Festival, alongside industry heavyweights Roka and Club Gascon.
They will be showcasing their renowned signature blend, alongside a Portable French Press Coffee Maker, designed to keep coffee fresh and hot for longer for busy London commuters.
Taste of London is hugely popular amongst food and drink lovers, with the country’s top restaurants serving up their signature dishes, and various masterclasses throughout the weekend. Over 200 exhibitors will be taking part this June, in what looks set to be the festival’s best year yet.
Andronicas founder, Andrew Knight, said: “Taste of London has an outstanding reputation; it is the place for anyone serious about quality to visit, and we are extremely excited to be a part of it.
“We will be serving up our signature blend to thirsty punters, and are looking forward to standing alongside some of the most dynamic and exciting food and drink purveyors in the country.”
Andronicas’ unique signature blend is imported from estates in Colombia, Ethiopia and Indonesia, and is a pure Arabica washed coffee – which is known to be more fragrant, have a greater flavour, and be of a higher quality to other types of coffee.
With the Environmental Audit Committee reporting that some 2.5 billion disposable coffee cups are thrown away in the UK every year, and many not recycled, Andronicas hopes that the Portable French Press Coffee Maker will go some way to reducing the amount of waste caused by so-called ‘throwaway cups’.
Andrew added: “We recognise that today’s coffee lovers are also environmentally aware, and many would like to enjoy their favourite drink, without feeling bad. The Portable French Press Coffee Maker that we’ll be showcasing at Taste of London is easy to carry, safe to use and, best of all, guilt free.”
Taste of London takes between 13 – 17 June 2018, where some 55,000 visitors are expected to descend on Regents Park to sample the country’s best food and drink.
